Lebara wanted to achieve two goals: Increase the total amount of subscription sales. And help them connect with consumers beyond their current base.
First we developed several creative directions for Lebara. Together we decided that Lebara needed a property that would connect with young and old. A new visual representation that would greatly enhance the overall recognition of the Lebara brand. This culminated in the creation of a unique 3D character. A whole new Lebara branded 3D world meant a world of unlimited possibilities.
Together we developed a strategy to release a whole new creative every quarter. All rolled out across TV, Social Media and Out of Home. We also designed a new landing page, with an improved sales-oriented user flow to better capitalize on direct campaign traffic.

In 2021, the base of Lebara customers has broadened significantly. The brand was best known for its low prices at cornershops. Now, Lebara has become a more established brand across a much wider audience.
